About this opportunity

We now have an opportunity for a
Model and Service Strategy Stream Lead
to join our European Information Systems and Services department (EISS). This role will be based on-site in Wantage, near Oxford, UK.
The Stream Lead is responsible and accountable in applying business and application expertise in their domain to optimise business processes and define new ones.
You will support the implementation of system solutions as part of projects or continuous improvement, ensuring the necessary framework of documentation, training and testing are completed for successful deployment.
This role encompasses typical activities of both Process Analyst and Product Owner.
You will come from either a Business (e.g Superuser) or IT (e.g Functional Consultant) background and hold demonstratable exposure across both Business and IT.
Main Responsibilities
Stay connected with industry and product trends to identify opportunities and deliver strategic improvements
Leverage effective relationships with partners and business resources to implement and optimise the solution, suggesting and assessing continuous improvement initiatives
Define business processes and outline solutions to maximise system return on investment
Lead business engagement defining requirements for projects and continuous improvement
Work with other leads to ensure proper integrated processes and solutions
Work with the Service Delivery team and third-party partners to identify and deliver application enhancements
Work with the business to ensure smooth deployment and effective change management
Ensure successful testing, training and documentation of system and associated processes
Implement and maintain the appropriate toolset, governance standards and documentation to ensure they are effective and comply to applicable industry standards

Relevant Process experience/expertise in

+ Warehouse Management
+ Purchasing
+ Requisitions
+ Goods Movement
+ Toll manufacturing (desirable) Relevant SAP module experience in MM (others PP, PS, FI-AP are desirable)
Experience / knowledge of other ERP/Systems relevant to process area
Process Modelling (e.g Signavio)
Analysis and design knowledge for enhancements
IT project skills (i.e Waterfall or Agile)
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge and awareness of what is involved to effectively lead projects, ensuring quality and good value for money
Excellent communication including verbal, written and presentation skills

Education, Experience and Skills
Formal qualifications are advantageous but not essential; provided candidates can demonstrate relevant experience

Core SAP module training certification or demonstratable experience
Other training certification for SAP or relevant products
