As an Applications Consultant in Capgemini's award-winning SuccessFactors Practice, you will contribute to the delivery of large-scale, complex

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

implementations for a diverse range of clients. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with skilled professionals across Capgemini's global network and help design innovative, people-focused solutions.

About our UK SAP Practice Team: Capgemini UK is a leading SAP Integration Partner, helping our clients navigate through complex SAP transformations. We work closely with our clients to transform their business together using the latest SAP products and architecture, a deep knowledge of industries and markets, and innovative delivery methodologies.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and Employee Central Service Centre.

Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements, and help translate them into system configurations.

Learn and apply SAP best practices and stay informed about the latest updates on the SuccessFactors roadmap.

Collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams in a flexible delivery model.

Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team documentation and templates.

Support the preparation of client presentations, demos, and pre-sales materials in collaboration with senior team members.

Begin building a professional network within Capgemini, with clients, and with SAP partners.

Your profile

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders

Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technologies

Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and team learning initiatives.

Begin developing understanding of tools like Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone.

Collaborate with team members to help clients maximise their SAP investments.

Build communication and consulting skills through hands-on project experience.

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
