Looking for Supply Chain Consultant!

They are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to guide our clients to the next level. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in technical program management and be able to lead the efforts to streamline our client's current supply chain practices, processes and program delivery.
What you'll get to do:
Work closely with clients from project initiation through delivery to create and deliver supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
Lead the operations, planning and execution of the strategic priorities.
Ensure programs have clarity of scope and design, business-stakeholder alignment, and brand implementation engagement.
Partner with stakeholders to understand current customer experiences, identify areas of opportunity, and close operational gaps.
Manage the challenges impacting the customer experience, including the technical, functional, process, and policy considerations.
Manage capacity/work planning.
Consistently present status updates and risk/mitigation strategies to all stakeholders.
Previous supply chain management experience
Experience with financial/supply chain systems
Experience working with Logistics/transportation, Shipping, Unpack/put away, Pick/ship, 3PL Management, Supplier Order Receipt Management, Customer Order fulfillment, Inventory Management
Ability to direct matrixed resources across multiple teams
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems software and CRMs, such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Manhattan WMS, etc.
Proven record of successful program management experience, working with diverse teams and leading complex projects across enterprise level organizations
Demonstrated business or technology consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or similar firm
Experience using a variety of program/project management methodologies, approaches, and tools
Comfortable and adept at developing effective, cross-organization relationships, and collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders
Ability to influence without authority and to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
Naturally curious individual and loves solving problems
Possesses a bias for action
