Join us as a Technical Product Owner - driving strategic platform innovation to deliver real business value.
As a Technical Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing a key technology platform that underpins critical services across our organisation. Acting as the bridge between business vision and technical execution, you'll translate strategy into actionable delivery through close collaboration with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, and the wider business.
You'll be accountable for the platform's roadmap and feature set, ensuring it consistently meets the evolving needs of both colleagues and business stakeholders. Using Agile-Scrum methodologies, you'll lead with a focus on value-driven outcomes, working alongside digital, data, and technology teams to set a clear vision, mission, and objectives for the platform.
This is a senior-level role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and technical fluency. You'll help shape the platform's purpose, maintain a strong value proposition, and ensure enhancements align with broader organisational goals -- all while optimising performance, scalability, and security.
Your roadmap will serve as a strategic north star: a clear, value-focused direction that guides the platform team and provides stakeholders with transparency and confidence. Working within a collaborative and innovative environment, you'll ensure stable delivery, foster shared ownership, and continuously improve both the platform and how the team works.
Success in this role means understanding market and industry trends, staying aligned with technology best practices, and balancing priorities across new feature development, platform maintenance, technical debt, and cybersecurity.
