Saturday Customer Service Advisor/ Trainee Dispenser

Location: Personal Homecare Pharmacy

Hours: Saturdays only 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: From 12.60 per hour

We are a busy distance-selling pharmacy with over 10 years experience in providing fertility medication and biologics, we work closely with clinics and NHS trusts across the UK and are passionate about delivering an exceptional, caring service that is second to none.


We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on Saturdays only (8am5pm). This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a professional healthcare setting with full training and support provided, including enrolment on an NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistant course.

What Youll Be Doing:

Providing friendly, professional support to patients and healthcare providers over the phone and via email. Making outbound calls to arrange deliveries of patient medication. Assisting in processing prescription orders and updating patient records accurately. Supporting pharmacy staff in preparing medication for dispatch. Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and well-stocked. Following internal SOPs to ensure safe and compliant service. Taking part in training to build your knowledge of pharmacy operations and dispensing.

What Were Looking For:

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. GCSEs in English and Maths (AC or equivalent). Computer literate and comfortable with digital systems. Experience in retail, pharmacy, or call centres is a plus but not essential! Reliable and committed to working every Saturday.
