We are looking for a reliable and flexible delivery driver to join our team on a zero-hour basis. The role involves collecting a company van and deliveries from either our Middlesbrough or Hartlepool pharmacy, completing delivery routes, and returning the van at the end of your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect van and deliveries from pharmacy (Middlesbrough or Hartlepool) Deliver prescriptions to customers in a timely and professional manner Load and unload parcels -
heavy lifting is required
Return van and any remaining items to base at the end of the shift Follow all company procedures and maintain excellent customer serviceRequirements:
Full, cleanUK driving licence (essential) Good knowledge of Teesside and the wider North East area Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting Flexibility to work Saturdays and provide cover for holidays and sickness (no guaranteed hours)
Additional Information:
This is a zero-hour position. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary depending on cover requirements.
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 7 per week
