Duties
Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answering incoming calls promptly and directing them appropriately
Managing appointments and scheduling meetings using organisational tools
Handling correspondence via email, phone, and postal mail
Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office programmes and Google Workspace
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Supporting bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times
Experience
Previous office experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and administrative support is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in handling multiple responsibilities
