Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods. Professional phone etiquette for handling customer calls or inquiries. Proven organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory efficiently.
