We're looking for a confident, organised and people-focused individual to support our busy Sales team on Saturdays.
What you'll do:
Greet clients and handle phone/email enquiries
Book viewings and valuations
Register applicants using our CRM (full training provided)
Keep property folders updated and printed
Assist with general admin and customer service
What you need:
No estate agency experience needed
Must be computer proficient (Outlook/Word)
Confident, professional, and friendly communication skills
Reliable and organised with strong attention to detail
A car and driving licence are helpful, but
not essential
Must be available to arrive at our Christchurch office by
9:00am every Saturday
