Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card payments with care. Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and services to enhance customer engagement. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Excellent organisational skills, demonstrating attention to detail in maintaining the sales environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced retail setting. Basic numerical skills for handling transactions accurately. Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
