Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Aspire Fireplaces Ltd. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales operations, ensuring that customers have a positive experience while selecting their ideal heating solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about our range of fireplaces, stoves, and accessories. Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective customer engagement. Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
