FTY Lab was formed in 2021. We are a state-of-the-art football training centre with electronic products designed to improve a player's attributes. Our customers range from professional players/teams to grassroots and from serious athletes to those who want to have some fun.
We are looking for enthusiastic person who has the ability to work alongside the centre manager to drive the centre and it's staff to their full potential. Provide and outstanding service to our customers and members to ensure they thoroughly enjoy their visit to the centre.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensuring players are having fun while improving their abilities.
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
Ensuring health and safety legislation is adhered to.
Keeping the equipment in working order.
Being reliable, dependable, and willing to assist the centre manager.
Open and close lab when management are not present.
Lead staff in running the centre on Saturdays in particular ensuring the parties are run efficiently and the guest experience is at the level expected.
Candidate requirements:
In Depth Understanding and knowledge of Safeguarding Children
Enhanced DBS/CRC.
First Aid qualification.
Eligible to Work in the UK.
Happy and positive personality/outlook.
Proven track record of similar role within the leisure industry.
A track record of delivering high levels of customer service in the leisure industry
Proficient in the Microsoft packages
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 9 per week
