We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Saturday staff to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional guest services in a vibrant restaurant environment. The Saturday staff will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a delightful dining experience, from food preparation to serving.
Duties
Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
Provide excellent guest services, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through upselling menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
Handle basic math tasks for order processing and cash handling.
Manage time effectively to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Requirements
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is an asset.
Basic kitchen experience, including food preparation skills, is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on guest interaction and services.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
