Saturday Gardener - Potential for More Days

MJWGardenDesigns - 5-Star Rated, based in Longstanton.

I'm building a small, tight-knit team, more like a family than a workplace and I'm looking for someone reliable, energetic, and positive to join me and my team on Saturdays for garden design installations and maintenance (soft landscaping - Planting, turfing, borders).

Saturdays to start - Delivering high-end garden transformations.

Clear potential for weekday hours if you're consistent and the right fit for the team.

15/hour starting, with increases based on experience and performance.

All tools provided; uniform supplied to the right person.

Work directly with me - 18 years' experience, former Head Gardener at Churchill College Cambridge, RHS Level 3 qualified

This is outdoor work that makes a real difference. You'll be active, learning valuable skills, and part of a team where attitude and mindset matter most - Reliability, Positivity, and pride in your work.

Must be over 18 and hold a full UK driving licence or learning (insurance requirement). Physically fit and punctual essential.
