About the Role

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on

Sauna Technician (Contractor)

to join our fast-growing wellness company, Nook Saunas. As part of our field team, you'll assist with the delivery, installation, disassembly, and maintenance of our premium infrared saunas across London. This is a physical, mobile role that requires a practical mindset, reliability, and a positive attitude.

You'll work under the guidance of our Lead Technician and contribute to ensuring customers receive high-quality service and a seamless sauna experience.

Key Responsibilities

Field Work

Assist with the

delivery, setup, and breakdown

of saunas at customer locations. Perform

routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

on sauna units (rental and sold). Help with

on-site tasks

, including lifting, unpacking, assembling, and testing saunas. Support unloading of

40ft containers

carrying sauna units and parts. Ensure all tools and materials are properly

handled, stored, and maintained

. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment (including vans, tools, and equipment). Interact professionally with customers on-site and

offer basic usage guidance

when needed. Follow all safety protocols and work under the direction of the Lead Technician.

What We're Looking For

Valid UK driving licence

(clean record preferred). Confident using tools and performing

physical, hands-on tasks

. Previous experience in

installation, logistics, or technical fieldwork

is an advantage. A

reliable team player

with strong work ethic and attention to detail. Able to follow instructions and work independently when required.

Comfortable with travel

across London and surrounding areas. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
