We are now accepting applications for our Savills Placement Programme from June 2026 - May 2027 in our Belfast office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Savills for a 12 month placement between June 2026 to May 2027. During this time, you will gain the broad practical experience and personal growth which will progress your academic and professional career.

Qualifications, attributes and characteristics that define our Interns

Preferably undertaking a property qualification or relevant Business, Finance, Law or Economics qualification Solid work ethic, inquisitive and eager to learn Adaptable, flexible and numerate Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Excellent relationship builder, a client-focused approach Energy and determination to succeed Persuasion and negotiation skills Good decision-making Problem-solving strength Strong planning and organisational skills Demonstrated interest and knowledge of the property industry and developing markets

Training and support for Savills Interns

In depth knowledge of the Property Industry Mentoring by Ireland's Top Agents Training in soft skills which include Negotiation, Networking and Managing Client Relationships, etc. A full RICS registered training programme with allocated supervisor and counsellor.
