This is a hands-on, accuracy-driven role, working primarily on cutting aluminium profiles for windows, doors, and bifolds.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately cut aluminium profiles using workshop saws
Read and follow cutting lists, drawings, and job sheets
Set up saws correctly and check measurements before cutting
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or waste
Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Previous factory, workshop, or manufacturing experience preferred
Experience using saws or cutting machinery
(aluminium experience ideal but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work at a steady pace and meet deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn our systems and processes
