Auxilium People are currently recruiting skilled Ground Workers / Finishers to join our clients on a range of civil engineering and construction projects across the South West. The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of groundworks and finishing, ensuring sites are completed to high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general groundworks including drainage, concreting, kerbing, slabbing, and edging.
Perform finishing works such as surfacing, levelling, and compacting.
Lay and finish concrete to specification.
Operate small plant and hand tools safely and effectively.
Read and follow site drawings and instructions.
Work as part of a team to ensure project deadlines are met.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Ground Worker / Finisher in a construction or civil engineering setting.
CSCS Card (essential).
Experience with finishing concrete, laying kerbs, and general site prep.
CPCS or NPORS for plant tickets (advantageous but not essential).
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
FULL SC CLEARANCE! (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
