Job Description
Job Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures at various construction sites.Responsibilities:- Fabricate and erect scaffolding structures following safety guidelines- Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for scaffold assembly and disassembly- Work at heights to install, adjust, and dismantle scaffolding safely- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all timesQualifications:- Previous experience as a carpenter or in a similar role is advantageous- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for scaffold construction- Knowledge of basic construction techniques such as roofing, electrical, masonry, plumbing, painting, and welding- Ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols diligently- Strong attention to detail and precision in scaffold assembly- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Valid scaffolding certification or willingness to obtain one
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 16.00-17.50 per hour
