Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction-related skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. As a Scaffold Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures that provide safe access for workers on construction sites. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Construct and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow on site. Inspect scaffolding for structural integrity and safety compliance before use. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow all health and safety guidelines to minimise risks on the job site. Assist with other construction tasks as needed, including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, and fabrication.

Skills

Knowledge of roofing techniques and practices. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
