Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Scaffolder (part 2 or Advanced) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures for various construction projects. We are a 10 year + established hardworking and growing company. Most of our contracts are small jobs, street works and solar jobs and very little site work, so a good all-round knowledge of all aspects of scaffolding would be required.
This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Scaffolder will utilise various tools and techniques to ensure that scaffolding is safe, stable, and compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities



Construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations. Dismantle scaffolding upon project completion, ensuring all materials are accounted for and stored properly. Use power tools and hand tools effectively to fabricate scaffold components as needed. Ensure that all scaffolding is plumb, level, and secure before use. Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Assist in training new team members on scaffold building techniques and safety practices.

Qualifications/skill's



In date tickets- Part 2 or Advanced Scaffolder Full UK Driving Licence Capable of running jobs and managing a team Physical fitness is required as the role involves lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to fabricate solutions on-site as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
