Job Overview

Home Heating Services is expanding its renewables team, and we're looking for skilled scaffolders/roofers to join us. The role involves erecting scaffolding and carrying out roofing works to support solar PV installations across Scotland. A lot of the work will be in the north of Scotland, so frequent staying away from home will be required.

This is a great opportunity for someone with roofing or scaffolding experience who wants consistent, well-paid work (paid every Thursday without fail) with a busy and growing renewables company.

Key Responsibilities:

Erect, adapt, and dismantle scaffolding for solar PV installations Carry out roofing works including panel mounting and roof preparation Work at height in all weather conditions Ensure safe working practices are followed on all sites Travel and stay away regularly (accommodation provided)
Requirements:

Experience in roofing and/or scaffolding (essential) Comfortable working at height CSCS card or equivalent (preferred, not essential) Full UK driving licence (preferred) Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Willingness to travel and stay away frequently
