Job Overview

We are seeking skilled/time served Scaffolders/Riggers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and materials on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of various scaffolding and/or rigging techniques and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Duties

Set up and dismantle scaffolding/rigging equipment for lifting operations. Operate own hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Collaborate with crane operators and other team members to coordinate lifting activities. Inspect rigging equipment for wear and damage, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Fabricate custom scaffolding/rigging solutions based on project specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Skills

Proficient in scaffolding techniques and practices. Experience in roofing applications and methods is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of construction processes. Understanding of masonry work principles. Competence in scaffolding processes and safety protocols. Ability to effectively use own hand tools and power tools. Strong fabrication skills for custom rigging solutions. Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: 13.93-31.97 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
