Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Scaffolders, labourers and drivers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems for various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, the ability to work at heights, and proficiency in using hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will possess all relevant CISRS cards

Responsibilities

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety regulations. Ensure all scaffolding is stable, secure, and compliant with industry standards. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble scaffolding components. Perform regular inspections of scaffolding to identify any potential hazards or maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency on site. Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scaffold within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to scaffold building. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent physical fitness with the capability to work at heights for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining safety standards on site. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated when required.
