Job Description


We have an opportunity for an SCALA/SPARK Engineer to join GlobalLogic on a contract basis Inside IR35.

Your primary focus will be on scrutinizing Scala code within the Spark technology, providing you a chance to showcase your expertise and make significant contributions to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security reviews
  • Analyse, debug the code
  • To provide inputs in design and from security aspect
  • Addressing vulnerabilities
  • Able to suggest changes to dev team
  • Should be able to make change himself if its not big functionality change
  • Able to upgrade vulnerable packages
Required experience:
  • AWS cloud skills
  • knowledge of SPARK, Scala
  • data engg aspect knowledge
  • Security aspect of cloud knowledge
  • Java and databricks experience
  • Cloud engg + Data engg + SPARK/Scala
