Full time \xe2\x80\x93 39 hours per week

Permanent and Fixed Term Contract (12 months) available

HMS has 3x permanent and 2x 12 months fixed term contracts Scheduler opportunities to join their Responsive Repairs team.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll manage diaries and plan and organise activities from contract administration, communication and co-ordination to supporting operational teams and specialist contractors to achieve business targets.

This is an important role in which you will:

Create/manage and plan work

Work towards targets and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s

Answer phones/ replying to emails and communication

Prioritising workload

Updating systems with accurate information

Use different inhouse systems

Administrative skills

Ability to resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts.

Ability to input data into spreadsheets such as excel

Emergency line cover - this will be on a rota for a rolling 6 weeks and you be expected to work these shifts in addition to your normal working work for additional pay. These do include unsociable hours.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Excellent phone etiquette

Professionalism to communicate in a polite manner

Customer service experience

Administrative experience

Planning experience is preferable but not necessary

Punctuality

Experience on computer systems such as word
