Firemark is looking for a Scheduler/Planner to manage logistic scheduling of our field technicians

Due to continuous business growth and recent expansion of out clients portfolio, we are seeking to expand our office team to continue to provide excellent support to our field Technicians and our clients.

As our Logistic Scheduler, your role will entail managing the full process from receipt and entry of orders to effectively managing and planning work schedules for our fleet technicians across the country. Your leverage will be prior experience in similar role, working within transport industry will be of an advantage.

As we are small but very busy and effective team, you will support wider Customer Service team to achieve optimum performance for the Company.

This is full time, site based role with working hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, 40hrs per week.



Pay for this role is up to 28,000, DOE.



The candidate



You will come from busy and dynamic environment where you can demonstrate that you had to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We want individuals who possess passion for drive and continuous improvement - finding ways to complete job tasks more efficiently and embedding that within the work culture.

You will not have structured "to do list" in this role. You will be expected to prioritise various workloads, dealing with multiple field based technicians on daily basis, as well as our customers, and be able to retain composure at all times..

The ability to act proactively to deadlines and with limited direct supervision is essential. The candidate will also possess the interpersonal skills necessary to sustain effective relationships with employees at all levels and external customers and suppliers.

Duties include



Scheduling:

Logistic Scheduling of a team of field technicians Effective route planning and management of service level agreements Schedule and book where required all reactive and planned works to appropriate Technician, paying particular attention to Customer and Technician locations, expertise, qualifications and response targets Manage internal processes & customer forecasts as required Ensure jobs are complete within timelines or escalating as appropriate. Monitor Technician's travel, work activity and respond to issues accordingly. Follow through customer enquiries from initial point of contact to completion

Customer Service:

Management and organisation of shared inboxes Data handling and entry including ensuring all enquiries are accurately processed. Process Sales Orders accurately by telephone and e-mail, in accordance with the Company's processes. Respond to and where possible resolve Customer Service issues or escalate problems to the correct level or appropriate contact.

Key competencies and experience required



Prior experience of logistical scheduling Experience of working in fast paced and multiskilled environment Proficiency in using MS package, Word, Excel and Outlook in particular Ability to instruct change and suggest improvements (must be able to demonstrate it during interview process) Ability to to work with numerous bespoke software's and be able to understand and interpret technical information Self-motivated and strong team player Experience of working in regulated and quality controlled environment (desirable)
