Scheduling Administrator

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Scheduling Administrator on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.



The role is hybrid with 80% at home 20% of time spent in the office in Burton.



You will be responsible for accurately completing daily administrative tasks to a high standard and within defined timelines. Liaise with internal and external healthcare professionals and other departments to resolve enquiries and appropriately escalate issues to support patients and promote effective care. Communicating effectively with internal and external customers in a polite and professional manner, using active listening, questioning and problem-solving skills to gather and analyse information while maintaining a patient centred approach.
