Monday to Friday 08:00-13:00




12.21 per hour




Leeds Outreach, Based at our Leeds office in LS11

What You'll Be Doing:




As a Scheduling Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the right support staff are in the right place at the right time. You'll:


?? Create and maintain rotas ensuring all staff receive their contractual hours.


?? Use our system (One Touch) to schedule staff efficiently


?? Ensure staff rotas have team meetings, supervision and appraisal meetings in line with policy and procedure.


?? Monitor absences and arrange seamless cover


?? Book training, update records, and make sure the right people are prepared and present

What We're Looking For:




You don't need to have rota experience -- we'll provide full training -- but being confident with IT systems and super organised will help you hit the ground running.
