The role is linked directly to other services in GreenSquareAccord, such as property services (repairs), asset management, gas safety, health and safety, tenancy enforcement etc. The role therefore requires excellent communication and coordination as these services often rely on the Scheme Liaison Officer to flag service-related issues.
The Scheme Liaison Officer will also need to have on oversight of any health, wellbeing and safeguarding needs arising for customers to ensure they can receive advice, guidance and signposting - provision of direct support is carried out by our partner agencies.
The direct report for this role is the Age Designation Service Locality Manager / Scheme Liaison Team Leader. While the role is scheme based, Scheme Liaison Officers will from time to time be required to support service delivery across the operating areas of GreenSquareAccord
