Location: East Renfrewshire

Salary: 17.10 per hour

Hours: 28-32.5 hours | Permanent | No Weekends | Breakfast Club: 7.45am-9am | After-School: 2.45pm - 6pm | Admin Hours 5.5 - 10 hrs/week (location dependent)

Your Role

As a

Lead Practitioner

, you'll lead a dynamic team of childcare professionals, championing high-quality, inclusive, and child-led experiences. You'll work closely with children, families, and staff to ensure every child thrives in a safe, fun, and enriching environment.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and support your team Ensure excellent care and compliance with regulatory standards Build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies Promote inclusion and support children's holistic development Drive service quality, reflective practice, and team training

What You'll Bring

? BA in Childhood Practice or equivalent (or working towards it)
? 2+ years of childcare experience, 1+ in leadership
? Eligible for SSSC Lead Practitioner registration
? Great communication, organisation & leadership skills
? IT confidence and a solutions-focused mindset
