Salary: 58,239 to 67,030 per annum plus 4% R&R bonus to support with the federation

We are now seeking an exceptional School Business Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a central role in delivering excellence and innovation.

The Role

As a pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Headteacher, you will lead and oversee all non-teaching support services, ensuring the school operates efficiently and strategically to achieve its educational goals.



Your remit will include:


Strategic financial and resource management Leading Business Services functions including Finance, HR, Estates, IT, and Catering Driving income generation and managing contracts Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Health and Safety legislation Supporting governance and contributing to Board of Governors meetings

About You

We are looking for an ambitious professional with:


A degree (or equivalent) in Business Management, Accountancy, or a related discipline Proven leadership ability Financial management understanding Strong skills in project management, change leadership, and negotiation The ability to inspire teams and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders Good knowledge of educational settings
