We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to work with the Site and Facilities Manager to establish, maintain and monitor the provision of a safe, attractive and secure environment for the users of Hanwell Fields Community School. As our site and facilities manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the School's site is a clean, efficient, safe, and secure place to study and work, providing an optimum environment for our students and staff.

You will bring passion and a strategic mindset to our site and facility functions ensuring that they align with the current and future needs of the School.

Our Needs:



A safe, secure, and well?maintained school site at all times. Reliable daily locking and securing of the building. Prompt responses to alarm activations and security concerns. Clean and hygienic high?use areas, with flexible support for the cleaning team. Well?kept school grounds, including paths, bins, and outdoor spaces. Regular perimeter and safety checks to identify issues early. Accurate record?keeping for checks, inspections, and maintenance. Support with room setup for events, meetings, and assemblies. Safe handling and storage of chemicals and equipment. Help with receiving deliveries and distributing items around the school. A proactive approach to reporting larger maintenance issues. Someone who can work independently, prioritise tasks, and act quickly when needed. A friendly, dependable presence who supports staff and contributes to the smooth running of the school.
