Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our team in Norfolk. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' facilities, contributing significantly to their overall satisfaction and well-being. Working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:30am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm. Some overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform regular cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties Assist with special cleaning projects as required Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning tasks Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
