Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team based in Chesham. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both staff and visitors.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise toilets, classrooms and communal areas. Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.

Skills

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
