Join Moorlands Primary School's Cleaning Team!



Moorlands Primary School is looking for two enthusiastic and conscientious individuals to join their cleaning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help create a clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the school premises. The successful candidates will be reliable and capable of working effectively both alone and as part of a team. While experience is desirable, it's not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours and Pay:

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Flexibility: 52 week contact, flexible working hours over the school holidays. Split Shift Option: The school is open to considering one person working both posts on a split shift: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Pay: 12.26 per hour (pay award pending).

Moorlands Primary is committed to safeguarding the children at our school. This post is covered by the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (exceptions) order 1975 because it is a post which involves working directly with young people. The successful candidate(s) will also be required to undertake a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, before commencing employment and an overseas check if there is any period of time spent living or working outside of the UK.
