Job Description
School Cleaning Operative - All Faiths Children's Academy. Raigins Group, a leading facilities management company in south-east England, is seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties at a School facility.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning tasks including dusting surfaces, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning restrooms, emptying bins, and replenishing consumables.
Following all health and safety policies and procedures.
Reporting any health, safety or maintenance issues immediately.
Working independently to complete daily assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Covering shifts and working flexible hours as needed.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a School setting.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliability and punctuality.
Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, lift up to 15kg.
Clear communication skills and teamwork attitude.
