Total Sports Coaching (TSC) is a leading sports education provider working with over 50 schools across Kent. We deliver high-quality, inclusive sports sessions that promote physical activity, teamwork, and confidence among primary-aged children.
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as School Club Coaches. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for parents or carers looking to return to work during school hours. You will lead or assist with lunchtime and after-school sports clubs in primary schools, helping children stay active and engaged through a variety of fun and structured activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver or support the delivery of engaging lunchtime and after-school sports sessions
- Lead activities such as football, dodgeball, tennis, archery, and other multi-sport games
- Promote values including respect, teamwork, and positivity
- Follow structured session plans and maintain a safe and inclusive environment
- Build positive relationships with children, school staff, and your coaching team
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals who enjoy working with children
- No formal coaching or teaching experience required - full training provided
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Confidence to manage small groups and deliver planned activities
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and complete basic safeguarding training (support provided)

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 1.5 - 3 per week
