A willingness and ability to contribute to, and lead changes within children's services are essential to the role.Main duties of the jobThe post holder(s) will work as part of the School Health team to promote and maintain the health and well-being of children, young people and families. This is an integrated role within the TLCO that will provide services in a variety of community settings such as clinics, GP surgeries, schools, Children's Centres and clients' own homes.The post holders will work as part of a School Health team with responsibility for the implementation of the Healthy Child Programme 5-19 years, the assessment of health care needs of children, young people and their families.
