School Inclusion Coach (Part Time)

14,889 - 16,070 (Actual annual salary working part time/ term time 38 weeks per year at 18.5 hours per week)

THE ROLE

We are looking for a

Part Time

School Inclusion Coach with creativity and resilience to join us on our journey. As an instructor you will lead a small classes of pupils, developing and delivering personalised packages of interventions that support their emotional and academic development. This will include classroom and outdoor learning plus sporting activities.

As our School Inclusion Coach you will take the lead in the

coordination, design and delivery of activities to support children in our special school .

You will work with a variety of organisations and establish appropriate networks to ensure safe and effective provisions at a range of settings. We guarantee that no two days will be the same and you will have lots of fun!

THE CANDIDATE

Experience with a children or younger people IDEALLY experience working with children/ young people with SEN / SEMH needs MUST be educated with GCSE Maths and English A-Level or relevant L3 qualification or working at this level Car driver with access to vehicle and business insurance

SALARY/ HOURS

Starting salary for this School Inclusion Coach role is

29,778

FTE for this role part time equates to

14,889

actual annual salary working 18.5 hrs p/w term time only + inset days + amazing benefits working for our Wellspring trust at Springwell Learning Community in Barnsley
