Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
,Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
challenges, andbehavioural difficulties
, helping them flourish both in and out of the classroom.What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver tailored
1:1 and small group support
to children with SEND. Help implementIndividual Education Plans (IEPs)
and behaviour support strategies. Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Collaborate closely withteachers, SENCOs
, and external specialists. Encourage independence, emotional resilience, and social development.Who We're Looking For:
Experience in
education, care, nursing, youth work, coaching
, or similar sectors. Qualifications inchildcare, psychology, or education
are a plus--but not essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A calm, empathetic, and proactive attitude. A genuine passion forinclusive education
