We're looking for a compassionate, motivated, and emotionally intelligent individual to join a supportive team in the education and training sector as a School Mental Health Assistant at a forward-thinking school in Kempston. The Role:

  • Support students with SEMH challenges, both in and out of class
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to develop emotional regulation and coping strategies
  • Collaborate with SENCOs, educational psychologists, and pastoral staff
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel understood
