Due to increasing pupil numbers, The King's School, Canterbury's Health Centre is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated full-time Band 6 Nurse to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered mental health, paediatric, or adult nurse who is passionate about the health and wellbeing of young people.
This role offers 37.5 hours per week, worked across a combination of rota'd day and night shifts (12.5 hours each) during 35 weeks of the year. A generous annual leave allowance is included (please note, leave cannot be taken during term time).
In addition to the core nursing role, we are also offering an optional leadership opportunity as Deputy Senior Nurse, reporting to the Senior Nurse & Health Centre Manager. Applicants interested in this enhanced role should ideally have leadership experience (though this is not essential) and will receive a financial enhancement to reflect the added responsibility.
Whether you're looking to contribute as a skilled nurse or step into a leadership role, we welcome motivated, resourceful professionals who are committed to supporting young people's wellbeing.
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for both roles.
