Do you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly, even in the bustling environment of a secondary school? We are seeking a talented and highly motivated School Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our school is a safe, efficient, and inspiring place to learn. As our Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin that connects our facilities, finance, health and safety, educational visits and administrative functions. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, ensuring our school runs like a well-oiled machine so our teachers can focus on what they do best: providing an exceptional education.


What we're looking for:

Proven experience in an operations or management role, ideally within a school or public sector environment. Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and external partners. A proactive problem-solver who can adapt to new challenges and find innovative solutions.
