PURPOSE OF THE JOB



Barracudas Activity Day Camps are the UK's favourite holiday childcare provider, we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who is highly motivated and wants to join our growing company.

To provide outstanding recruiting across a geographical area in a timely and effective manner, whilst maintaining the highest levels of diligence and integrity. You will be constantly striving to improve the efficiency and professionalism of working practices to meet the company's objective of "clarity and consistency" and working "smarter not harder". Recruiting and processing high level candidates, to work at our Easter & Summer activity day camps.

This role is primarily to build positive relationships with key school partners

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES



Host School Coordination:



Arrange and attend meetings with host schools as needed. Coordinate with schools to confirm all essential dates, including operational periods, training sessions, pool assessments, and setup/pack-down schedules. Liaise with schools regarding their building and maintenance plans that may affect camp operations. Notify internal teams of any changes to school facility access each season. Research school term dates for feeder schools to inform planning.

Administrative Support:



Maintain organised digital files and spreadsheets for host school communications. Prepare documents for internal use and shared access during meetings. Draft and distribute seasonal School Notes to schools and camp teams. Collate and send post-camp surveys and analyse responses. Provide general in-season administrative support to office teams. Administer and track distribution of seasonal "free week" vouchers. Organize school appreciation gifts as needed.

Communication & Relationship Management:



Support the Operations Director in building and maintaining strong relationships with host schools. Prepare and distribute the Schools Newsletter on a quarterly basis. Communicate relevant marketing messages and offers to partner schools. Represent the team and lead workshops for senior training events. Provide responsive support to Camp Teams regarding host school queries during setup and operation.
This role involves seasonal responsibilities and may require flexibility in working hours during peak periods.

HOURS



Up to 18 hours per week - Flexible with specific timings

Hybrid working - combination of days in Head Office and working from home.

Start Date: 1st December 2025

Essential Skills & Experience:



Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to produce professional communications. Excellent task management with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to build positive, effective relationships with key external partners (e.g., schools and suppliers). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Holds a valid driving license and willing to travel to schools and meetings (company vehicle provided for travel)
