Our rural comprehensive school is looking for a part time
School Receptionist
to join our busy team, your key tasks will be:To meet, greet and manage students and visitors entering and leaving school site To answer telephone calls and face-to-face enquiries promptly and efficiently. To respond to telephone enquiries from members of the public, exercising considerable discretion To manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries To support the Data and Administrative Services team with administration tasks when required
The post is part time, term time only, 20 hours across 5 days a week on Monday to Friday working between the hours of 08:00 and 12:00. This is a
fixed term role
on a Grade 3 (pro rata) starting as soon as possible. The closing date for this position ismidday Monday 27th October 2025
