Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports coaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.

Responsibilities

Design and implement effective PE lessons tailored to the needs of individual students. Conduct and deliver engaging and enjoyable lunch-time and after school clubs. Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Follow the schools or company curriculum and ensure desired outcomes are being reached. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote the overall development of the sports programme. Create and maintain good relationships with all schools and school staff.

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching is essential - preferably primary schools. Experience coaching within football (at any level). Strong knowledge of various sports techniques, strategies, and rules. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students of diverse backgrounds. A commitment to continuous personal development in coaching practices is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in coaching or physical education would be an advantage. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
