The Youth Support Service are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic School Support Youth Worker who will be linked with Ysgol Maes Y Gwendraeth secondary provision working within the School and community providing targeted youth work support. The cohort of children and young people will range from the ages of 10-18 years and the focus of delivery intervention will be to help develop the skills they need to live, learn and achieve. You will also assist with extending support to families/carers and link in with other networks and colleagues both within the education field, families first agencies and wider Youth Support Service.
