As a Swimming Teacher - Level 2 what does the role entail:
You should have experience in delivering swimming lessons and hold a Swim England Swimming Teachers Certificate Level 2 (current).
The main duties will include:
To create a supportive environment in which participants may improve their skills and enjoy swimming.
To work as part of a team and actively seek and provide positive feedback from and to colleagues.
To work with assistant teachers/volunteers giving guidance and advice.
To be aware of any medical, psychological or special needs of the participants.
To be responsible for the Health & Safety of course participants.
To be set up, care for and put away course equipment
