We have an exciting opportunity for a School Therapist based in Temple Newsam Cluster Partnership (TNCP) on a part-time (19 hours), permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of 32,440 to 40,530 per annum (pro rata).

At Northpoint, we're building a future where every child and young person can access the mental health support they need to thrive. We're looking for a compassionate and skilled School Therapist to join our School Services Team in Temple Newsam Cluster Partnership (TNCP).


Our ideal candidate is someone who can deliver short-term, one-to-one therapeutic interventions for primary and secondary school pupils while collaborating closely with cluster teams, school staff, and local stakeholders to enhance emotional wellbeing and mental health outcomes.

What you'll do as our School Therapist:


Provide caring, one-to-one therapeutic support to children and young people in TNCP schools, helping them navigate emotional and mental health challenges. Work closely with school teams and partners to promote wellbeing, safeguard pupils, and contribute to the ongoing development of our support services.
What you'll bring as our School Therapist:


A recognised qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, or a related mental health field Experience providing therapeutic interventions to children or young people in educational or community settings A collaborative, communicative, and resilient approach, with a strong commitment to safeguarding children and young people and upholding Northpoint's values of professionalism, responsiveness, collaboration, and transparency.
